Our Story
As a passionate pizzaiolo (pizza maker), I serve up authentic Neapolitan-style pizza crafted with top-notch ingredients and cooked to perfection in my mobile wood-fired brick oven. I was trained by the Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) and agreed to follow the guideline of the Association during my entire professional career following the way and the tradition of the old masters pizza makers, ensuring that the true Neapolitan pizza will never be altered over the time. My professional background in culinary arts and dedication to traditional techniques ensure a deliciously, smoky and flavorful pizza every time.
Our Ingredients
We use the freshest, highest-quality ingredients sourced directly from Italy in our pizzas. Our dough is made from scratch daily with Italian flour and our sauce is crafted from San Marzano tomatoes grown in the fertile plains of Naples. Toppings are selected from Italy's finest producers complemented by the extra virgin olive oil. The result is a pizza that's truly Italian in flavor and spirit.
