KaRizzMa Pizza Napoletana

As a passionate pizzaiolo (pizza maker), I serve up authentic Neapolitan-style pizza crafted with top-notch ingredients and cooked to perfection in my mobile wood-fired brick oven at 900° F to be ready in 90 seconds or less. I'm trained and registered as a Pizzaiolo Verace (True Pizza Maker) by the Associazione Vera Pizza Napoletana  (AVPN). The Register was created to protect and to professionalize the Pizza Makers in Italy and abroad that will undertake to make the Vera Pizza Napoletana (true Neapolitan pizza), according to tradition, thus ensuring the quality of the production process and products used.

We use the freshest, highest-quality ingredients sourced directly from Italy in our pizzas. Our dough is made from scratch daily with Italian flour and our sauce is crafted from San Marzano tomatoes grown in the fertile plains of Naples. Toppings are selected from Italy's finest producers complemented by the extra virgin olive oil. The result is a pizza that's truly Italian in flavor and spirit.
